Great view and secure parking. Scenic surroundings and convenient location. My car was safe behind the locked gate. Short walk to the beach.
Room was cramped and stuffy. Bed sheets were in bad condition.

The location is brilliant, right across the road from the beach. Staff were friendly and assisted in converting the bunkbed to two singles. The spacious and clean bathroom was a plus, as well as the useful mini-fridge in the room and ample closet space. The small shared kitchen on the lower floor was well-equipped.
Felt quite safe, no complaints.

Clean and comfortable dorm with ocean view. Great vibe and communal areas. Kitchen facilities. Perfectly located near beach, shops, and restaurants. Amazing staff assistance. Brilliant location near beach, attractions, and public transport. Spacious and well-equipped room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient amenities like mini-fridge and closet space. Wow, what a view! The large windows in this place provide an amazing sight. The host was helpful, organizing our tours and making our stay more fun. We loved meeting and sharing experiences with other guests. The rooms were nice, though having a bathroom in the bedrooms can sometimes lead to unwanted smells. Just a heads up, Hout Bay can get really windy in January, and being so close to the beach means sand can end up everywhere. But overall, this budget-friendly accommodation is a great choice for a comfortable stay with a fine view.
